Info: After attending the University of Southern Maine for four years, where he majored in Accounting and Finance, Reggie began his career in Commercial Real Estate and Business Brokerage in 1978. Reggie is founder of Butts Commercial Brokers and is a Designated Broker and Principal and ICS Butts Financial Group, Inc doing business brokerage, financial consulting and Business Appraisals. He has represented local and out of state banks, publicly traded companies, investors, business owners, towns, municipalities and the Federal Bankruptcy Court, as well as foreign companies and governments.
He has extensive experience in business valuations, workouts, financing, debt structure and commercial real estate, development, sales and marketing. Reggie has attended many seminars and courses, in finance, appraisals, commercial leasing, bankruptcy, workout, legal, development, sub-division, debt structure, marketing, investment analysis, ethics, land use and ordinances and credit analysis.
Reggie has been active in civic groups and non-profits throughout his professional career. He was founder and first president on the Windham Rotary Club, President of the Windham Chamber of Commerce, Board of Overseers of St. Joseph College, Board of Directors and Board President of Smart Child and Family Services, a Maine Non-Profit for Foster Care and Mental Health, as well as many other organizations.
He has worked and traveled in 70 foreign countries, including Russia, Eastern Europe, the Mid East and South America. Reggie resides in Raymond, with his wife Tammy.

Info: Larry began his career in banking as a commercial loan underwriter and mortgage lender. After his career in banking, he started a career in real estate and became a regional vice president for a publicly traded land development company, in Northern New England and later became a real estate project and property manager for a private investor with investments in Maine and Antigua. Larry has been licensed as a Maine Real Estate Broker since 1989.
Larry has extensive experience in sales and leasing of commercial real estate, land development, condo conversions, recreational and residential real estate and also has experience with manufacturing, assembly and distribution companies. Larry assists his clients with all of their commercial real estate sales and leasing needs.
Larry is currently a Board Member of the Windham Economic Development Corporation and is also Board Member of the Sebago Lakes Region Chamber of Commerce. He studies Martial Arts with Kyoshi Skip Varney and is a First Degree Black Belt in the style of Chinese Goju Karate. He was born and raised in Portland, Maine, graduated from Falmouth High School and from Husson College with a B. S. in Accounting Management, where he was also a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity (TKE).

Info: After attending the University of Maine for four years, where she majored in accounting and graduated Summa Cum Laude, Tamara joined the Public Accounting Firm of Berry Dunn McNeil and Parker. While at Berry Dunn, she performed audits of banks, manufacturing firms, retail and non-profit organizations, prepared individual, corporate, partnership and trust tax returns.
After passing her CPA exam, she worked two years ICS Butts Financial Group / International Mergers & Acquisitions responsible for financial analysis of small to mid-size companies, exclusively represented by ICS Butts Financial Group for a merger, acquisition, divestiture, due diligence, tax, or financial structure.
In 1991, she joined Maine Hospital Association as CPA and Director of Business Development and Administration, where she was responsible for managing the Association’s wholly owned for profit entity, MHA’s environmental initiatives and supervising business office functions and assisting MHA members on financial and reimbursement issues.
Tamara is a Certified Public Accountant and holds the financial designation of FHFMA. Her responsibilities at Butts Commercial Brokers are to manage office finances, analyze financial statements for business sales and investment real estate.
